Vikings Strong In Second Half 9/16/07
It was the beginning of the second half and the Vikings had already allowed Spring Valley/Ramapo three touchdowns. The team could have given up but instead the Vikings came out and outscored Spring Valley, while holding them scoreless.
Spring Valley/Ramapo jumped out to a fast lead on the very first play of the game. They added two more scores in the opening half before the Vikings began to play with an attitude. Myson Robinson(25) led the defense in the second half while Marquez Jackson (42) blasted through the Spring Valley/Ramapo defense for a second half touchdown. Joshua Watts(10) added the extra point. The Vikings would have been within a score of tying the game but it became clear how much the initial touchdown hurt the Vikings comeback attempt.
Ray Miller(9) led the offense along with Christian Antrum(51), Ty'saan Towns(66), Jaishon Spady(58), Tiason Moreno(22), Sheldon Savariau(20) and Ahmad Galimore(82).
