Chiefs Finish Season With 20-6 Bowl Victory
11/23/07 Photo not from this game

The Chiefs were the last of the NRYTL teams to play over the Bowl Weekend in Baltimore, Maryland. As with teh Lions earlier, the Chiefs original opponent was not available to play and there was confusion as to whom their opponent would be. (there was even speculation that they might play Mount Vernon, who had also traveled to Baltimore). Once that issue was resolved the Chiefs took the field and continued their dominant season with a 20-6 victory.
The Chiefs opened the game with their triple threat of quarterback Khalil Edney(7), Exander Rosado(2) and Jordan Frenza(1) marching downfield. Frenza(1) ended the first drive with a 28 yard blast around right end for the opening score.

The Chiefs defense played tough throughout  the first half and was led by Sean Windley(94), Ray Ganley(19), Enrique Valencia(31), Anthony Basso, and Paul Verni(75) allowing only one touchdown in this game. On offense, Jordan Frenza(1) once again excited the away crowd with his weekly jump over a defender, but more importantly he extended the Chiefs lead with his second touchdown of the day.
Tough running by Cohl Saunders(34), Ryan Landrine(21) and Rashaan Davis(9) helped the Chiefs run the clock while trading field position throughout the remainder of the game. Running back Eric Bell(12) sealed the scoring with a scamper late in the game to seal the Chiefs victory.
